- Orders under $89: Standard or express shipping available.
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.
For International Orders:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $299.
- Orders below $299: Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.
Order Processing
- In-stock items: Ship within 2-3 business days.
- Back-order items: Dispatched on the date specified on the product page and in your confirmation email.
- Pre-order items: Shipped within 2-3 business days after the launch date.

Shipping times depend on courier service, customs clearance, flight schedules, and security checks.

Duties and Taxes
United States and Canada
- Duties are included in the price.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination state or province.
United Kingdom
- VAT and duties are included. No additional charges are due upon delivery.
Other International Destinations
- Some countries may charge duties or taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Maison Third has no control over these fees, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
Changing or Canceling Orders
To make changes or cancel an order, email us at hello@maisonthird.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify or cancel it. However, you can initiate a return after receiving it by visiting our Returns & Exchanges page.
Updating Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your address, please reach out within one hour of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make the change, once an order is processed, updates may not be possible.
If the package has already shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. Maison Third cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch or take responsibility for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
