1. Keep It Clean & Dry

Your jewelry deserves to shine! To protect it:

  • Take it off before working out, swimming, or using products like perfume or lotion.
  • After wearing, give it a quick wipe with a soft cloth to remove residue.

2. Store with Love

When your jewelry isn’t adorning you, keep it safe and happy:

  • Use a jewelry box or the soft pouch we include with your order.
  • Store each piece separately to prevent scratches or tangling.
  • Keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods, especially if it features natural stones.

3. Be Gentle with It

Your jewelry is made to last, but it’s still delicate.

  • Avoid bumping it against hard surfaces.
  • Take it off before activities like heavy lifting, cleaning, or anything rough and tumble.

4. Caring for Precious Metals

925 Sterling Silver

  • Silver can tarnish over time, so keep it dry and avoid wearing it in water.
  • Store it in an airtight bag or pouch for extra protection.
  • Use a soft silver-polishing cloth to gently bring back its shine.

14K & 18K Solid Gold

  • Our fine jewelry collection uses durable solid gold, but it’s still best to avoid chemicals like perfume and lotion.
  • Store in a soft-lined jewelry box or pouch to keep it scratch-free.
  • To clean, wipe with a soft, damp cloth or use mild soapy water if needed.

Plated Metals

  • Our Elementalist collection uses plated metal components to bring you stylish, high-quality pieces at an accessible price. Plated metals are a bit more sensitive, and they will tarnish overtime with regular wear, to maintain them, keep away from moisture, oils and chemicals.
  • Wipe them down with a soft cloth after each wear to keep their sparkle.

5. Elastic String Bracelets

Our elastic bracelets are designed for daily wear, but they do need a little TLC:

  • Handle them gently to avoid stretching or breakage.
  • If your elastic ever breaks, we’ll re-string it for free—just cover the return shipping.

6. Cleansing Your Gemstones

Your gemstones carry special energy, and keeping them refreshed is easy:

  • Selenite: Rest your jewelry on a selenite dish overnight.
  • Sage or Palo Santo: Let the smoke clear away negative energy.
  • Moonlight: Leave your pieces under the moon during a full moon for an energy reset.
  • Sound Cleansing: Use a tuning fork, singing bowl, or bell to refresh the vibrations.

7. Regular Maintenance

Jewelry, like anything you love, needs a little checkup now and then:

  • If you notice a loose stone, cord or clasp, let us know—we’ll take care of it!
